We are a company that develops real estate projects in the U.S. market since 2021, with the support of VYV Real Estate Group who is a leader in the Peruvian market and has over 26 years of experience in the development and construction of real estate projects. It is composed of highly specialized and experienced professionals, technicians and administrative staff, who are committed to their work and the project in common; to provide the best service and meet market requirements. We also have external collaborators with a long history of experience.

During our first year we executed 9 projects in Florida (Aventura, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Cocoa Beach), obtaining a total of 674 million dollars in sales.
